Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any accessories, manuals, documentation, and labels must be fully present and undamaged. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for every return request.

A return request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery via info@beesmartsys.com.

Due to the nature of our products and the associated logistical processes, returns will only be accepted after prior consultation and written approval from BeeSmart. Returns sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.

After approval of the return request, the product must be returned within 14 days in accordance with the provided return instructions.

BeeSmart reserves the right to refuse a return if:

the product has been used, installed, or damaged;

  the original packaging is missing or damaged;
  
• 
  the applicable return period has expired.
  

For certain energy storage, battery, and other hazardous goods, additional transport, safety, and ADR regulations may apply, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Damage or Incorrect Delivery

We kindly ask you to carefully check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please notify us as soon as possible via info@beesmartsys.com.

To process your report quickly and carefully, we ask you to send the following photos:

• 
  the damaged or incorrect product;
  
• 
  the original packaging;
  
• 
  the shipping label.
  

After receiving and reviewing your report, we will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Exceptions to Returns

The following products are not eligible for return:

  specially ordered or custom-made products;
  
• 
  used, installed, or damaged products;
  
• 
  products whose original packaging is missing or no longer in its original condition;
  
• 
  products that have been adapted, modified, or processed;
  
• 
  business bulk orders and project orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

When a return has been approved and received and checked in good order by BeeSmart, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If applicable, BeeSmart reserves the right to deduct transport costs, administrative fees, or any restocking fees from the refund.

Shipping Policy
